Founder Early Access
Stateful provides software for organizing real-estate accounting records. The service is under active development, may change, and may contain defects. Founder Early Access is offered as one $5 USD monthly organization-level subscription through Stripe. Any valid promotion code is subject to its Stripe-hosted terms and redemption limit.
Your account and organization
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, use multi-factor authentication when required, and promptly report suspected compromise. Organization owners and administrators control membership and access. You may only add data and invite people you are authorized to include.
Permitted use
Use Stateful lawfully and only for authorized accounting activities. Do not probe or bypass security controls, access another organization, upload malicious code, interfere with the service, share credentials, or use connected data for an unauthorized purpose.
Your data
You retain rights in data you submit. You authorize Stateful and its service providers to process that data to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, backup expectations, and accounting treatment of your records.
Financial, accounting, and tax disclaimer
Stateful is software—not a CPA firm, bookkeeping service, law firm, bank, broker, investment adviser, or tax adviser. Reports and suggested workflows require review. You and your professional advisers remain responsible for accounting elections, tax treatment, filings, legal compliance, and financial decisions.
Billing and connected services
Stripe processes subscriptions and payment details. You authorize recurring monthly charges until cancellation, subject to any applied promotion. Features may depend on Supabase, Plaid, Vercel, email providers, OpenAI, and other providers; their separate terms may apply. Plaid transactions always enter staging and do not post automatically to the general ledger.
Availability and warranties
To the extent permitted by law, Early Access is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free reports. Do not rely on Stateful as the only copy of records needed to meet a legal or tax deadline.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Stateful’s operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from Early Access use. Applicable law may provide rights that cannot be limited by these terms.
Termination and export
You may stop using Stateful. Access may be suspended for security, unlawful use, or material breach. Before leaving, export records you need. Data deletion remains subject to the Privacy Policy, controlled accounting retention, and backup expiration.
Contact and changes
Questions or notices may be sent through the contact page. Material updates will change the effective date and may require renewed acknowledgement.
