Email support@withstateful.com. Include the workspace name and what you were trying to do. Do not send passwords, authenticator codes, or bank login details.

ChatGPT and Claude

The books connector is https://withstateful.com/mcp. Sign in with your Stateful email and password, then choose the workspace to connect. One connection covers one workspace. Disconnect an assistant from Settings → ChatGPT & Claude.

The assistant can read the LLCs you can already see and can change the books only after you confirm a preview. It cannot delete posted history or move money.
