Is the Free plan available now?
Not yet. When it launches, Free will be an ongoing accounting plan for one property. It gives you a place to track income and expenses and keep useful records.
How does annual billing work?
The upcoming Investor plan will cost $144 billed once a year, equivalent to $12 per month. Monthly billing is $15 per month. Annual billing saves $36, or 20%, compared with twelve monthly payments.
What is the difference between a property, an entity, and a portfolio?
A property is an investment you track. An entity is its legal owner, such as you or an LLC. A portfolio groups investments so you can look at them together. The planned investor view will bring these perspectives together while keeping entity books separate.
Does adding another LLC mean another subscription?
The upcoming Investor plan is designed for multiple entities and portfolios in the same workspace. Its value is seeing your investments together while keeping separate books.
Is AI available now?
AI coding and workflow assistance are coming next. They are not included as available features today. We’ll explain availability and any usage limits when they launch.
Are payment processing fees included?
The amounts above are software subscription prices. Payment processing fees, where applicable, are separate and should be reviewed before enabling payments.
I own a multi-unit building. Which plan fits?
A building and a rental unit are different. Contact us with your setup before choosing a plan so we can confirm how the one-property allowance applies.
I already have Founder Early Access. What happens to my plan?
Check your account’s billing details or contact us to confirm your existing terms. This pricing page does not change an existing subscription.
